First, open your Internet Download Manager where installed. If you are using default installation, your directory in C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager. For example like this picture

Second, file a file were named IDMGrHlp.exe . and than copy and paste into other C:\ partition (patition system). For example, place that file on drive D:/.

Third, open the file using text editor, for example I'm using Notepad . Click right the file => open with => choose Notepad++. After opened, write anything and save. For example look at the piccture below.

Fouth, copy and replace the file (IDMGrHlp.exe) in its original place of IDM installation. Enjoy it

The Hot Swappable Router Protocol (HSRP) is a way to build redundancy into your network by allowing two or more routers to continuously test each other for connectivity, and take over if a router fails.As multiple routers can participate in the HSRP group, there has to be an election to determine who's the primary router.
