3. Change the permission of that file downloaded
for 32bit :

chmod +x VMware-Player-*.i386.bundle

for 64bit :

chmod +x VMware-Player-*.x86_64.bundle

4. After it, execute that file
for 32bit :

sudo ./VMware-Player-*.i386.bundle

for 64bit :

sudo ./VMware-Player-*.x86_64.bundle

Finish, now you can use VMware Player in your Linux.
