GoBlog-X™ - Salam sobat GBX, di artikel kali ini GoBlog-X™ akan membahas tentang manfaat tidur saat puasa. Banyak yang mengatakan bahwa tidur saat berpuasa itu tidak diperbolehkan, bahkan ada yang mengatakan makruh.

Tetapi menurut ilmu kedokteran banyak sekali manfaat dari tidur saat puasa, selain untuk mengembalikan stamina, ternyata tidur saat puasa juga bisa menambah daya ingat atau memori otak seseorang.

Penelitian lain mengatakan bahwa tidur selama 10-15menit saat berpuasa mampu meningkatkan 10-30% daya ingat atau memori seseorang.

Sebenarnya saat tidak berpuasa, tidur siang hari juga dapat menambah daya ingat atau memori seseorang.

Tetapi karena nutrisi yang masuk ke otak tidak berlebihan, maka manfaat tidur saat puasa lebih terasa berkhasiat.

Waullahhualam bishawab..Ternyata banyak sekali manfaat berpuasa, sampai tidurnya orang puasa pun mendapatkan pahala dan banyak sekali manfaat.
